Halkidirect is a locally owned business, run on Halki by Yorgos Hatzigiannakis and his English wife Caroline. Living on the island they take personal care of their properties and maintain them to a very high standard. They are always available to help and advise you on all aspects of your holiday.

Halkidirect has 3 locations for you to choose from:

Nikitas Apartments - a single building containing 5 separate apartments, each with its own entrance and private terrace. All have unrivalled views of Halki and the sea, and are light and spacious inside.

Villa Yorgos - a self-contained, 2 bedroom house with comfortable living space and stunning views of the village and sea from its 3 balconies.

Halki Townhouse - a large, open and airy split-level house right in the heart of the village. It is located just 50 metres from the harbour front and all the daily life of the island

Villa Yorgos, Nikitas Apartments and the Halki Townhouse are all officially approved by EOT, the Greek Tourist Office. This means they are legally registered as rental properties and meet all health and safety requirements.
